Girls Aloud y Arctic Monkeys grabaran un tema juntos
Dicen que les gusta el sonido de las chicas
English rockers ARCTIC MONKEYS are teaming up with GIRLS ALOUD for an unlikely collaboration, following the female group's duet with SUGABABES. The manufactured girl group's collaboration with Sugababes, a cover of WALK THIS WAY to raise money for the Comic Relief charity, is released in the UK on Monday (12MAR07).
Arctic Monkeys stunned fans when they admitted they liked the pop sound of Girls Aloud last year (06), when they began covering their hit LOVE MACHINE at gigs.
Girls Aloud bandmember SARAH HARDING says, "The big tip is we're going to collaborate... I love these boys. They've got a strong future ahead of them."
Arctic Monkeys frontman ALEX TURNER adds, "MATT HELDERS (Monkeys' drummer) and Sarah are in Rockford Studios, that's how it's going to work. Down in Wales for two weeks. "I've got a backing track ready for us. It won't take two weeks, two days."

Primero que si iban a versionar un tema suyo con mala ostia para vengarse del cambio de frase de I Predict A Riot en el Chemistry Tour y ahora quieren una colaboracion?

Ese grupo era Kaiser Chiefs que se molestaron con las chicas porque cambiaron una parte de la letra |

ARCTIC MONKEYS frontman ALEX TURNER has said he may step aside — to make way for GIRLS ALOUD’s SARAH HARDING.
Dicen que estan escribiendo una cancion con ellas [heavy]
The Arctics are already writing a song with the girl band. But Alex claims he is running out of words and may let Sarah take the mic for good.
He told NME magazine: “I have less and less to say.
“I’m wilting as a frontman so I’m thinking we’ll get Sarah to front this band.”
I assume Alex is joking — but then the great thing about the Arctics is that they are so unpredictable. |

Sarah acaba de negar cualquier colaboracion con Arctic Monkeys, que pena porque hubiera sido grandioso escucharlos juntos
Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding has laughed off reports she is collaborating with Arctic Monkeys on the band's third album.
Last week, frontman Alex Turner suggested bringing Harding into the four-piece's line up, telling British music magazine NME, "I'm finding less and less to say.
"I'm writing as a frontman, so I'm thinking, 'Third album, we'll just get Sarah Harding to front the band!'"
Harding blames her own booze-induced ranting for perpetuating the musical myth - but admits it would be "an honour" to sing with the group.
She says, "Of course we're not doing a bloody album together. I can't believe everyone's making so much of it. Everyone who interviews me now wants to know if we're collaborating. It was a joke.
"Seriously, the stuff I said at the NME Awards was just slightly pissed ranting. It would be an honour to sing with them. I'm not sure what their fans would think about it though." |
