The ‘Toxic’ star, 26, will go behind the camera for new single Radar, which is out in July.

A source said: “She wants to make sure it’s exactly right.”

The singer’s last video, directed by Robert Hales, saw an animated Spears work her way through a futuristic world for the single ‘Break The Ice’.

Meanwhile, Britney is set to make another guest appearance on CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother.

“The show is ecstatic and so is Britney,” a source told People.com. “She had so much fun the first time around she really wanted to come back. It was a mutual decision to work together more.”

Spears will do just the one episode, the source says. Fox studios would not confirm the appearance.

The ‘Gimme More’ star first appeared on the show on its March 24 episode, playing a a bubbly, sweet, receptionist at a dermatologist’s office who fell for one of the show’s main characters, played by Josh Radnor. She received wide accolades for the spot.

“She was hilarious in the table-read, and I got to see her do the run-through as well, and she was great,” cast member Jason Segal said.

Pues no se... Pero Blackout tiene mejores canciones para ser single, como Toy Soldier :mrgreen:

Bueno sólo es un rumor, a mí me encantaría que lanzase radar pero me da que antes sacará hot as ice.

en US me parece que le iria mejor con "get naked" o "hot as ice".
"radar" no me convence del todo...pero lo mismo me paso con "toy soldier" y ahora me encanta..

Yo creo que Radar es el mejor single que puede sacar, y parta cerrar el album Toy Soldier.

Radar es un single que debe de sacar, fue de las que más me enganchó en un principio y no puede faltar. Asi que machaca el cuerpo bonita y preparate para moverte como tu sabes....

La cantante estadounidense Britney Spears, se estrena como directora de su próximo video musical.

Luego de la imagen futurista y con personajes animados que preséntó en su último video clip "Break the Ice" la estrella no sólo aparecerá cantando sino que también decidió irse detrás de cámara para dirigir su propio trabajo.

Fuentes cercanas a la artista aseguran que la estrella está bastante entusiasmada con este proyecto y que lo busca con este nuevo papel es lograr que todo salga exactamente como ella quiere.

A source revealed the "Toxic" singer's reason to direct the video herself to ShowbizSpy.com saying, "She wants to make sure it's exactly right." Before "Radar", Britney has just released the video for "Break The Ice" on March 15, 2008, which was directed by Robert Hales and featured an animated figure of her. It was reported that the idea also came from the singer herself.

Se supone ques eso fue mentira y que nunca se dijo que Britney dirigirá el video.
Pero bueno, todos son sólo rumores y yo leí ya que todo eso era falso.

Cada vez se asegura mas qeu Radar será el próximo single...
pero el video de Break the ice quedó continuado, por lo menos que se
dedicque a terminarlo, además como actriz no se estrenará creo aún...

si tenes razon, pero no siempre se continuan todos los videos sino mira el video de Hilary Duff with love quedo en ser continuado y despues salio stranger que no tenia nada que ver con wi th love.

Uff calla calla que ya me estaba haciendo a la idea de que sería radar, aunque saque la que saque está bien, todas son buenas.
