  I just saw the new video Wind Legends and I definitely recommend it. It has classic footage that is interspersed with interviews from all kinds of windsurfing personalities... pro sailors, sail designers, windsurfer one design champions, etc. It is not a high action film but it is still highly entertaining through its 90+ minute length. I'd rate it up there with "the windsurfing movie" and any other epic windsurfing films.
