One of the most common tuning errors I see on the beach is the lack of batten tension. Many brush this off as less than important, in fact batten tension ensures that your sail has the correct profile and helps to ensure that your sail performs as expected. To highlight the importance of batten tension we recently designed a new stainless steel batten key which is now being shipped with all sails

This just in from global soul surfer Alexandre Sansoucy:
The six hours drive is well worth it for quebecers in quest of the best. When the wind reaches 20 knots, the fresh water waves get more than head high and can allow front side sailing...almost...Hawaii! The intense blue of the water makes it feel tropical but the red and yellow maple trees is a quick reminder of the snow soon coming. Lake
