So Sylt is over for another year.... i wouldn't say im quite so happy with my result as i was hoping to maybe
pass another heat or two in the contest... But i suppose that's the way it goes. In comparison with the guys in the top 16 i feel i just need to take my level up a bit more and i should become more
competitive when i make it through to the further stages of the elimination.... Overall for me the event was a great experience and its definitely the best organized windsurf event ..everything went
so good. They Make a windsurfing event the way it should be. My 25th place in Sylt and in Pozo leaves me in 25th overall for the PWA world tour waves which is a lot
higher than i thought i would be at the beginning of the year. I would like to thank all my sponsors, family and all the people who have helped me out over the years.
I'm now back home and enjoying being back home for a bit, I also started my 2nd year in college today ,two weeks late so it has been super busy getting
registered and stuff.
My next stop is Tiree wave Classic in the outer Hebrides in Scotland. I have always wanted to go to this event for the last few years,,, but just
never made it ..so i have to go this year..It looks like a sick spot and cant wait to sailing up their. I have two tests in college and then Katie and I are leaving for the ferry to Scotland and
the long drive up to Oban to get the ferry to Tiree...
